Peter Lampe, CEO

I have worked in marketing for over 40 years in the UK and worldwide with qualifications in Marketing, Mathematics and Economics.

I started as an undergraduate with major advertising agencies in London, working on many campaigns with large companies and gained further experience working in Minneapolis for over one year for a major US conglomerate and travelling throughout the US. Continued working in the UK in advertising, marketing, promotions, design and new business development.

In the early nineties I became involved in the evolving mobile phone industry using my experience to open a chain of mobile phone outlets.

I have a wealth of experience in marketing and advertising having worked on differing projects, including an immune efficiency additive for animal feeds in South Korea and Asia, Artificial Intelligence software development, Patent development and magazine publication.

The launch of Prizzm with our highly experienced and diverse team will enable us to assist individuals, partnerships and companies in an ever expanding business world.

 

Keith Warner, Head of Operations UK

Keith is an accomplished engineer and seasoned professional with 35-yrs experience. Providing global leadership of major capital investment programs and capital management in the tissue and personal care products sector. Developing and leading the execution of investment programs from $20MM to $400MM. Leading multi-disciplined teams to provide outstanding ROIC for business-driven solutions with enviable track record of success. Recent focus to develop a third party funded and government subsidized hydrogen decarbonization scheme in the UK.

UK based, working from the Lake District. Married for 32-years with two teenage daughters. Relaxation includes travel, cycling, skiing and power boat racing.

Keith recently added to his professional qualifications gaining CMI Chartered Fellow status through a distinction in Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice from Corndel and Imperial College.

Hansie Kruger, Head of Operations SA

Hansie has been married to Chantal for 31 years and they are blessed with two boys Neil and Andre.

Marina Nicholas, Consultant

A multi-award winning professional with over 30 years experience working with companies from start-ups to large corporates across sectors and industries.

Marina sits on Advisory Boards and judging panels for business awards. She is the author of best-selling book, ‘8 Superpower of Successful Entrepreneurs – From Zero to Hero. The Business Strategies Adopted by Global Icons’, in 5000 USA and European universities.

Martin Woodbridge, Consultant

With 30 years of experience, Martin is a seasoned business-to-business solutions provider with a proven track record of delivering impactful results.

Richard Lawson BSc C.Eng M.I.C.E, Consultant

Richard has been a Chartered Civil Engineer for over 30 Years and has been Managing Director of ALS Civil Engineers Ltd since 1992.

After working on major civil engineering projects during his early years Richard has concentrated more on the utilities side of the industry, primarily telecommunications and water then increasingly in the electric industry where his company is a tier 1 contractor working throughout the South of England.

In addition, his group includes a house building company, a construction training company, a plant hire company and a mechanical engineering company.

Richard was also one of the countries longest serving non-league football chairman running Ramsgate FC for over 25 years until stepping down after winning 14 major honours. He still retains a large shareholding in the club.

In addition, he is one of the country’s best known aviculturists, being a committee member of The International Ornithological Association for more than 10 years.

David Mallon, Consultant

David is a self made fashion entrepreneur with more than 25 years experience in the apparel industry and is widely regarded as one of the UK’s leading experts and innovators in the sector.

Founder of multiple fashion brands, David has grown his business from a small Manchester base to clothing showrooms and trading offices in London, Italy, HK and LA.

He now uses his sector expertise and peer group network buying, selling, investing in and supporting brands to navigate the international landscape.

M&A concentration over the last five years on consumer facing brands with ethical and sustainable pedigree across Fashion, Retail, F&B, Film, TV & Media and a passion for renewable energy projects.
